Louie Gohmert, a Republican congressman, and other GOP members filed a lawsuit against the Vice President Sunday in an effort to overturn the 2020 Presidential electio
According to the Hill, the lawsuit’s purpose focuses on the Vice President who will carry-on the meeting with Congress on Jan 6, 2021, to confirm the electors and confirm “the victory” of the former Vice President, Joe Biden.
The lawsuit was filed in a federal Texas court, and it asks the federal judge to overturn President Trump’s losses in key battleground states.
