On Tuesday, a press released that was put out by the Trump Legal Team released that state legislatures in the states of Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Michigan will conduct public hearings starting Wednesday to go over the election fraud.

On Monday, November 30th, Arizona will hold its hearings, and Michigan will hold its hearings on Wednesday, Dec 1st.

On November 25th, Pennsylvania, will be conducting its hearing. Each participating Senator will deliver a five-minute opening statement, which will be followed by testimonies from witnesses who filed affidavits on the election fraud that they saw during the 2020 election.

The Trump campaign states, “State Legislatures are uniquely qualified and positioned to hold hearings on election irregularities and fraud before electors are chosen. As established in Article 2, Section 1.2 of the United States Constitution, State Legislatures have the sole authority to select their representatives to the Electoral College, providing a critical safeguard against voter fraud and election manipulation.” Since the election is still up for grabs and things are still questionable, the Constitution gives the State Legislatures the power to determine the Presidential election.
