Senator Hawley Dismantles Mark Zuckerberg during Senate Judiciary Committee.

In Senator Hawley’s opening statement, he brings up an internal platform called “Tasks Platform,” that Facebook uses. Facebook uses the program, as Senator Hawley explains, “Make projects including censorship. The Tasks Platform allows Facebook employees to communicate about projects their working on together, that includes Facebook censorship teams, including the so-called community well-being team, the integrity team, and the hate-speech engineering team. Who all use the Tasks Platform to discuss which individuals or which hashtags or websites to ban.

Mr. Zuckerberg then tried to defend himself by saying, “We use the Tasks system for, as for you say, people coordinating all kinds of work across the company. Although I’m not sure, I agree with the characterizations specifically around content moderation that you gave.”

For the past months, we have seen many prominent conservatives get banned or censored from social media. Facebook has gone as far as to put labels of “misinformation and checked by independent fact-checkers.” From what many people have seen, many people would agree every time it’s a post that seems “right-wing or conservative,” they put a label on it. Rarely does this ever happen to a “liberal or leftist” post.

Senator Hawley questioned Mr. Zuckerberg’s statement and showed the TV audience a screenshot of the task’s platform in use. The screenshot shows references to “election integrity.” The platform also “reflects censorship input from Google and Twitter.” What does mean is that Facebook censorship teams communicate with other social media platforms such as Twitter and Google. We all know how they treat conservatives.

Then, Mr. Zuckerberg said they only coordinated with other platforms about “Child exploitation, terrorist attacks, or foreign government creating an influence operation.”

Mr. Zuckerberg just lied to Senator Hawley and under oath. ANTIFA has coordinated domestic terrorist attacks around the country on Twitter, and Mr. Dorsey has failed to do his job and take the post down.
