What powers does Vice President Pence have in this highly contested Presidential election?

With the election still being contested after almost 2 months, and yes, I said what I said. Many people are losing hope in a win for President Trump. Vice President could save the day on Jan 6, 2021, with his Constitutional duty and power.

The election isn’t official until Jan 6, 2021, when the President of the Senate, Vice President Mike Pence, confirms the electors. The Constitution gives the VP legal authority to refuse the electors from the disputed states appointed by the Governor. Therefore the VP can accept the electors who were sent by the legislatures of those states. Only legislators have the power to select the elector.s.

If the Vice President uses his power, this could cause many states to flip and give the states to President Trump.
